We’re expanding our database again, and are approaching our initial goal of complete data on 1500 mining stocks in the US, Canada, UK and Australia. Watch for a bunch more Australian (ASX) companies and US bulletin board (OTCBB) issues in the next couple of weeks.

The latest 100 additions are listed below. We have added our dedicated pages for every stock in the database. Just click on a company name from the datagrid to view a preview, then click “See Full Data” to visit their pages. Once on the company pages, if you want to see full resource and production data on all of a company’s properties, click the “Resource Data” tab.

We’ve now loaded up several pages of data for each company, most importantly including a page showing full data on stage of development, percentage ownership, resource, production and cash costs for each property in a company’s portfolio. This data is extremely labor intensive to gather with completeness and accuracy, so these pages are a great addition to our site.

For example, here’s what we show for Goldcorp’s Pueblo Viejo property (we show everything they make public):

To see them, starting from the datagrid, click on any view other than List View (ie: Basic Data, Financial Data, Financial Strength, etc), then click on a company’s name to visit its dedicated pages.

They are still a bit incomplete and rough around the edges, but the property data pages are in good shape, and those alone HUGELY increase the data available on this site.

After you make a search in our database and generate a list of companies with their data, you can email a snapshot of what you’ve found. Just click the SHARE button, the little envelope above the grid to the left. Send the email to someone else who might have an interest or to yourself (while we’re in beta we don’t yet offer free accounts that let you save watch-lists, so this is a work-around).

The snapshot is taken of whatever you see in the grid, so if you want to send the resources data, make sure you are on the Resources tab when you click SHARE. If you want both resources and financials, for example, just send two emails. We don’t save the emails and will never spam.

Anyway, soon you’ll be able to create a free account and save your results here so you can come right back to them in the dynamic grid, but the email function will always be there.

Phew! This was buggy, but we sorted it out. Now when you click on a company name in the “List View” you get a stock chart, trading info and news. When you click on a company from any other tab (Basic Data, Financial Data, Resource Data, etc) you get taken to their website.
